By creating an account or using Trackfolio, you agree to these terms.
Service description
Trackfolio is a homeschool records app for families. It helps you keep attendance, grades, assignments, portfolios, and other proof of learning organized in one place, with exports and AI-supported features in parts of the product.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login secure, providing accurate information, and using the product lawfully.
Billing
Trackfolio plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically on the monthly or annual plan you selected unless you cancel before renewal. Current pricing is $9.99 per month or $99 per year. A valid credit or debit card is required to start the trial. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
Your content and our service
Your records and uploaded materials remain yours. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve Trackfolio. Trackfolio's software, branding, and site content remain our property.
AI features
Some features in Trackfolio use AI to help organize and surface information from your records. AI-generated suggestions are provided as assistance and should not be treated as legal, educational, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-assisted output.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access records that are not yours
- Do not upload unlawful or harmful content
- Do not interfere with the availability or security of the service
